"Homemade" cookies have never been easier! With a little adult supervison, even little ones can whip up a batch of yummy hot-out-of-the-oven cookies with this simple recipe. Just think of the possibilities with so many cake flavors available!

Cake Mix Quick Cookies

1 (18 1/2-ounce) package any flavor cake mix
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F (175*C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs and oil.
  3. Drop by teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake 12 minutes. Transfer cookies to wire rack to cool.

Makes 4 dozen.

Cooking Tip: Raisins, dried cherries or cranberries, nuts, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, lemon zest, etc., can be added to the cookie dough.
