Clusters of crispy chow mein noodles coated in semisweet, vanilla and butterscotch flavored chips.
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup vanilla flavored chips
1 1/2 cups butterscotch flavored chips
6 1/2 cups chow mein noodles
- Place the chips together in a double boiler over simmering water, stirring often, until melted. Remove from heat and stir in noodles, carefully mixing together.
- Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto a cookie sheet to cool. Store in refrigerator or in a cool place.
Makes 2 dozen cookies.
