The Easiest Peanut Butter Cookies Ever

"I've got the easiest peanut butter cookies. These were shared with me over the holidays." Recipe submitted by Belinda.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup peanut butter*

Cooking Directions:

1. Mix and drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.
2. Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F (160°C) for 5 minutes.

Makes 1 dozen cookies.

Tip: You can also add nuts, chocolate, etc.

*Use only a processed peanut butter like Jif or Skippy, and not natural-style.
