EZ Peanut Butter Cookies (Flourless)

Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup granulated sugar
1 (12-ounce) jar creamy peanut butter
1 large egg, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cooking Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Drop by the teaspoonful onto baking sheet and press with fork.
2. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for approximately 10 minutes.
3. Cool before removing from baking sheet.

Makes 36 cookies.
