Cheeseless Cheesecake

This terrific recipe for Cheeseless Cheesecake was submitted by Faydell of San Antonio, Texas USA.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 (16-ounce) container sour cream
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
2 (3.5-ounce) packages vanilla instant pudding
1 large (9-inch) graham cracker crust

Cooking Directions:

1. Mix all three ingredients for 1 minute only, pour into pie crust.
2. Chill at least 2 to 3 hours before serving.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
