Fresh Berry Sorbet

4 cups blackberries, fresh (or other flavorful berries)
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate, frozen
  1. Freeze berries by placing them on a baking pan in a single layer and putting in the freezer.
  2. In a large bowl combine the frozen berries, water and frozen orange juice concentrate. Place half of the mixture in a blender or food processor. Cover and process until almost smooth. Repeat with remaining mixture, and serve immediately. Garnish with sprigs of mint.

Makes 6 servings.
