Quick Holiday Custard
- 3 large eggs
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and
process until smooth. Pour into a greased and floured 9-inch
pie plate. Bake until set and light brown about 40 to 45 minutes.
