Iced Almond Mocha
A coffee classic gets the cool treatment with the taste of fresh orange and a light whipped cream topping.
Recipe Ingredients:
2 packets Splenda® Flavors for Coffee, Mocha
3/4 cup cold coffee
3 tablespoons reduced fat milk
1/8 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup ice, as desired
Cooking Directions:
- Mix all ingredients, except ice, together in a blender. Blend 15 to 20 seconds. Pour into a tall glass filled with ice. Serve immediately.
Makes 1 serving.
Serving Suggestion: Garnish with a dollop of sugar free nondairy whipped topping and toasted, sliced almonds.
