Marinated Beet Salad

Marinated Beet SaladThis easy sweet and sour beet salad is best made 1 day ahead of time. Keeps in the refrigerator up to 3 days.

Recipe Ingredients:

2 (15-ounce each) cans small whole or sliced beets
1/2 cup white vinegar
3/4 to 1 cup Equal® Spoonful*

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine beets, beet juice, vinegar and Equal® in medium bowl.
  2. Refrigerate, covered, at least 8 hours. Drain before serving.

Makes 8 servings.

*May substitute 18 to 24 packets Equal sweetener.
