An easy sweet/sour salad that starts with canned sliced beets and adds only vinegar and Equal® for great flavor. It's best made 1 day ahead of time and will keep in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
Marinated Beet Salad
- 2 (15-ounce each) cans small whole or sliced beets
1/2 cup white vinegar
3/4 to 1 cup Equal® Spoonful*
- Combine beets, beet juice, vinegar and Equal® in medium bowl.
- Refrigerate, covered, at least 8 hours. Drain before serving.
Makes 8 servings.
* May substitute 18 to 24 packets Equal sweetener
