Peachy Orange Yogurt Whip (Diabetic)

1 (8-ounce) carton plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1/4 cup skim milk
3 to 4 packets Equal® sweetener or 1 to 1 1/4 teaspoons Equal® for Recipes
2 cups frozen sliced peaches
1 cup ice cubes
  1. In a blender container combine yogurt, juice concentrate, milk and Equal® .
  2. With the blender running, add peaches a few at a time through opening in lid. Blend until smooth, then add ice cubes one at a time through opening in lid, blending until slushy.
  3. Pour into glasses.

Makes 4 (7-ounce) servings.
