Powdered Sugar Replacement

No recipe image available.Use as you would powdered sugar in frostings, whipped cream, etc.

Recipe Ingredients:

2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
2 cups cornstarch
1 cup granulated sugar replacement

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Process until well blended and powdered.

Makes 4 cups or the equivalent of 1 pound of powdered sugar.

Nutritional Information Per Serving (1/4 cup): 81 calories.
