Pureèd raspberries give this sangria an extra fruity new twist.
Raspberry Sangria (Diabetic)
- 1 quart fresh or frozen, thawed raspberries
1 quart dry white wine*
2/3 to 1 cup Equal® Spoonful
2 oranges, cut into halves, sliced
1 lime, cut into halves, sliced
Ice
- Process raspberries in blender or food processor until smooth; strain and discard seeds.
- Stir raspberry pureè into wine in large pitcher. Stir in Equal® Spoonful and fruit. Serve over ice in tall glasses.
Makes 6 servings (8-ounces each).
*Champagne or sparkling mineral water can be substituted for the white wine.
