Spiced Hot Cranberry Cider
Perfect for cold nights and Fall get-togethers - cinnamon and cloves and slices of fresh lemon add zest to apple-cranberry cider.
Recipe Ingredients:
4 quarts apple cider
3 quarts cranberry juice
2 tablespoons Splenda® Brown Sugar Blend
8 cinnamon sticks
2 teaspoons whole cloves
2 lemons, thinly sliced
Cooking Directions:
- In a large pot, combine apple cider, cranberry juice, Splenda® Brown Sugar Blend, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and lemon slices. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. With a slotted spoon, remove cinnamon, cloves, and lemon slices. Serve hot.
