Herbs and hot pepper sauce
make these hamburgers a sure-fire hit for your next cookout.
Bayou Burgers
- 1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup sliced green onion
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
3/4 teaspoon crushed dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
4 hamburger buns
- Preheat grill.
- In a large bowl, combine
ground beef, green onions, seasoned salt, basil, garlic powder,
thyme and hot pepper sauce. Shape into four patties and grill
until done; about 10 minutes for medium. Serve on hamburger buns
with desired condiments.
Makes 4 servings.
