Easy Beef & Macaroni Skillet

No recipe image available.Super easy, all-in-one ground beef and elbow macaroni skillet supper with bell pepper, corn, olives and cheddar cheese.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 pound lean ground beef
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 1/4 cups water
1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 (7-ounce) can corn kernels, drained
1 (2.25-ounce) can slice olives
3/4 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Cooking Directions:

  1. In large skillet brown ground beef and drain.
  2. Stir in soup mix, water, tomato sauce, green pepper, corn, olives and uncooked macaroni. Bring to a boil; cover and reduce heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 18 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
  3. Remove from heat. Top with cheese, cover and let stand until cheese has melted. Serve hot.

Makes 4 servings.
