Easy Beef & Macaroni Skillet
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup green (bell) pepper, chopped
- 1 (7-ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 (2.25-ounce) can slice olives
- 3/4 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- In large skillet brown ground beef and drain.
- Stir in soup mix, water, tomato sauce, green pepper, corn, olives and uncooked macaroni. Bring to a boil; cover and reduce heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 18 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
- Remove from heat. Top with cheese, cover and let stand until cheese has melted. Serve.
Makes 4 servings.
