Hungry but short on time? Nothing could be faster than this quick Mexican version of everyone's favorite. Serve slices as an appetizer or add a pre-packaged salad and Nestea for a quick yet satisfying meal.
Quick Mexican Pepperoni and Black Bean Pizza
- 1 (12-inch) prepared pizza crust
1 cup ORTEGA Salsa - Homestyle Recipe (Mild)
1/3 cup diced pepperoni
1/3 cup black beans, drained
1 cup (4-ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup (4-ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Spread salsa evenly over pizza crust. Sprinkle pepperoni and beans evenly over Monterey Jack cheese and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
Makes 6 servings.
