No time? No ideas? Here's the answer!

Sloppy Joe Pizza

1 pound lean ground beef
3/4 cup prepared barbecue sauce
1 prepared pre-baked pizza crust (12 inch)
3/4 cup frozen corn, defrosted
1/2 cup green onion, sliced
1 1/2 cups shredded Colby or Jack cheese, shredded
  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF.
  2. In large nonstick skillet, brown beef over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Pour off drippings.
  3. Stir in corn, barbecue sauce, and green onions. Salt to taste. Heat through.
  4. Place pizza crust on a large baking sheet. Top evenly with beef mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake 12 to 16 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  6. Cut into 8 wedges and serve hot.

Serves 4.

Tip: Try substituting cooked shredded beef for the ground beef.
