4 cloves garlic, minced
1 bunch green onions, chopped
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced gingerroot
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 hamburger buns
  1. In large bowl combine together turkey, garlic, green onion, soy sauce, ginger and sesame oil. Mix well with hands or wooden spoon. Form into 4 patties.
