A fun, new way to eat tacos! Serve on a bed of shredded lettuce and top with additional salsa and sour cream.

Triangle Tacos

1 (1.25-ounce) package ORTEGA® Taco Seasoning Mix
1 (16-ounce) jar ORTEGA Salsa - Homestyle Recipe
3/4 pound ground beef, cooked, drained and crumbled
1/3 cup water
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
1 (15-ounce) package refrigerated pie dough
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Combine beef, taco seasoning, salsa and water in medium skillet; cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until thickened. Stir in cheese.
  3. Cut each dough round into 6 wedges. For each triangle, place about 1/3 cup beef filling down center of dough wedge; top with another wedge of dough. Seal edges with fork; repeat to make 6 triangles. Place triangles on baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 6 servings.
