Try these turkey tacos as a lighter alternative to beef.

Turkey and Bean Tacos

1 pound ground turkey
1 (16-ounce) can ORTEGA® Refried Beans
1 (7-ounce) can ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles
1 (1.25-ounce) package ORTEGA® Taco Seasoning Mix
1 (12-count) package ORTEGA® Taco Shells, warmed
Toppings: shredded lettuce, shredded mild cheddar cheese, sour cream, ORTEGA® Thick & Smooth Taco Sauce
  1. Brown turkey until no longer pink; drain. Stir in beans, chiles and seasoning mix.
  2. Fill taco shells with turkey mixture. Top with lettuce, cheese, sour cream and taco sauce.

Makes 6 servings.
