Ghostly Dessert Cups

3 1/2 cups cold milk
2 (3.25-ounce each) packages instant chocolate pudding
1 (12-ounce) container non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 (16-ounce) package chocolate cream-filled sandwich cookies, crushed
Miniature chocolate chips or other small candies for eyes
15 party paper cups
  1. Place cold milk into a large bowl; add pudding mixes. Beat with a wire whisk for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in 3 cups of the whipped topping and half of the cookie crumbs.
  3. Spoon 2 tablespoons cookie crumbs and 1/2 cup pudding into the 15 party cups. Top with remaining crumbs.
  4. Decorate with remaining whipped topping by swirling spoonfuls (the ghosts) on top and make the eyes with the miniature chips.

Serves 15.
