Holiday Cheese Ball

8-ounces cream cheese, room temperature
16-ounces sharp cheddar cheese spread, room temperature
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Horseradish
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
  1. In bowl, add all ingredients, except pecans. Mix well and chill at least 2 hours.
  2. Spread pecans on sheet of waxed paper. Using a spatula, shape cheese mixture into a ball and roll out on the pecans. Cover with pecans.
  3. Keep refrigerated until serving.
  4. Serve with assorted crackers.

Makes 12 party servings.
