Peppermint Christmas Cooler
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 6 small peppermint candy canes, broken into pieces
- Ice cubes
- Small candy canes for garnish
- Process first 3 ingredients in an electric blender until smooth. Add 3 to 6 ice cubes and process until smooth.
- Serve immediately, garnished with another candy cane.
Makes about 4 (3/4-cup) servings.
