Yule Log
- 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese
3 tablespoons sharp cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon prepared Horseradish
1/3 cup sliced stuffed green olives with pimentos
1 cup (2-ounce jar) finely cut dried beef
- Blend together cream cheese, cheddar cheese,
horseradish and olives.
- Place on waxed paper and refrigerate.
When chilled, roll the waxed paper around the mixture and roll
into a log. Roll in dried beef slivers. Coat ends.
- Refrigerate overnight for flavors to season
cream cheese.
- Serve with Triscuit crackers.
