Farfel-Fig Clusters for Passover

1 pound Passover semi-sweet chocolate
1 1/2 cups toasted matzo farfel
1 cup chopped California dried figs
1 cup toasted, chopped pecans
  1. In the top of a double broiler over simmering water, melt the chocolate.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate into a large bowl. Add the matzo farfel, pecans and figs and mix thoroughly.
  3. Spoon this chocolate mixture onto a waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate until set.
  4. To serve, peel the clusters off the waxed paper and place on a platter, along with Passover sponge cake and cookies.

Makes about 30 clusters.
