Lamb Chops Dijon

Recipe Ingredients:

8 lamb chops
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Cooking Directions:

  1. Mix mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Place chops in shallow roasting pan and brush with half the sauce.
  3. Sprinkle with half of the bread crumbs; broil 5 to 6-inches from heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Turn chops, brush with remaining sauce and sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs. Broil an additional 5 minutes or done.

Makes 4 servings.
