Caramel Pecan Pie
- 1/4 cup chocolate wafer
crumbs
4 cups vanilla ice cream, divided use
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup caramel sauce
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
2 tablespoons caramel sauce
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- Generously butter a 9-inch
pie plate. Sprinkle with chocolate wafer crumbs, tilting the
pan until evenly distributed.
- In a medium bowl, beat
2 cups vanilla ice cream until smooth. Spread carefully into
the prepared pan. Sprinkle with chopped pecans then drizzle caramel
sauce and chocolate syrup on top.
- Top with 2 cups vanilla
ice cream and sprinkle with chopped pecans, caramel sauce, and
chocolate syrup. Freeze until firm.
Makes 8 servings.
