A microwave recipe.

Easy Cranberry Pie

1 cup cranberries
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons brandy
2 tablespoons water
1 (21-ounce) can apple pie filling
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  1. Combine cranberries, raisins, brown sugar, brandy, and water. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes. Stir, cover, and let stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in apple pie filling and cinnamon; pour into a baked pie shell. Combine vanilla wafer crumbs, melted butter, and chopped walnuts; sprinkle over the pie. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes.

Makes 8 servings.
