
A homemade graham cracker crust tastes
so much better than a store-bought one...plus it's quick and
easy to prepare.

Graham Cracker Pie
Crust
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, or 11
(double-sectioned) graham crackers, finely crushed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker
crumbs and sugar; add the melted butter and mix well.
- Carefully press crumb mixture firmly onto
the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate (using the back of
a spoon makes this process easier).
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Cool completely before filling.
Makes 1 (9-inch) pie crust.
Flavor Variation: To make a cinnamon graham
cracker crust, add 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
