Ice Cream Pie

The only easier way to enjoy an ice cream pie is to buy one!

Recipe Ingredients:

1 quart any flavor ice cream, softened
1 (9-inch) graham cracker, vanilla or chocolate cookie pie crust
1 cup fudge, butterscotch or caramel topping

Cooking Directions:

1. Spoon softened ice cream into a prepared pie crust.
2. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze.
3. Spread topping of choice on top of pie, and serve.

Makes 8 servings.
