Festive-looking with it's bright topping of cherry pie filling, this dessert is a great ending to a casual meal or party.

No-Bake Cherry-Lemon Cream Cheese Pie

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling
  1. In a large bowl with an electric mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla and beat on low until well blended.
  2. Pour into pie crust and chill for 3 hours.
  3. Before serving, top with cherry pie filling.

Makes 8 servings.
