Festive-looking with it's
bright topping of cherry pie filling, this dessert is a great
ending to a casual meal or party.
No-Bake Cherry-Lemon
Cream Cheese Pie
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream
cheese, softened
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling
- In a large bowl with an
electric mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese until light
and fluffy. Add condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla and beat
on low until well blended.
- Pour into pie crust and
chill for 3 hours.
- Before serving, top with
cherry pie filling.
Makes 8 servings.
