Peanut Butter Chip Crust
This fun and tasty crust is perfect for pudding and cream pie fillings and your favorite ice cream flavors.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
3/4 cup peanut butter-flavored chips
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
5 tablespoons melted butter
Cooking Directions:
- Put vanilla wafer crumbs and peanut butter chips in food processor or electric blender and process until mixture is well combined and fine crumbs.
- Combine crumb mixture with the sugar and melted butter. Press crust mixture into a 9-inch pie pan and chill until firm. Fill as desired.
Makes 1 (9-inch) pie crust.
