Ruth's Strawberry Pie

1 (3 1/2-ounce) package strawberry gelatin
1 (8-ounce) container frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed (3 cups)
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
6 ounces strawberries, crushed
  1. In a bowl, make 1 package strawberry gelatin according to the package directions. Chill until firm.
  2. In a bowl, mix half the gelatin mixture with 8-ozs. non-dairy whipped topping and 2 teaspoons sugar. Pour into a graham cracker pie crust.
  3. In a bowl, mix the remaining gelatin mixture with 6ozs. crushed strawberries. Spoon on top. Chill until served.

Makes 8 servings.
