Barbecue Pork Chops

4 (6-ounce) boneless, center-cut pork chops, 3/8-inch thick
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder

  1. In a small bowl, stir together salad dressing, barbecue sauce and chili powder. Place pork chops in plastic container. Coat chops with ½ cup sauce. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes or overnight. Drain marinade from pork and throw away.
  2. Heat nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Place pork chops in skillet and cook for a few minutes on both sides. Pour remaining sauce over chops and cover pan. Turn heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve immediately, topped with sauce.

Makes 4 servings.
