Cranberry Glazed Ham

1 (16-ounce) can Ocean Spray® Whole Berry or Jellied Cranberry Sauce
1/2 cup apricot preserves
2 tablespoons sweet honey mustard
1 (8-pound) fully-cooked whole boneless ham
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cook on medium heat, whisking occasionally, until preserves are melted and sauce is smooth. Remove from heat. Set aside.
  2. Place ham on rack in a shallow roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer in thickest part of ham. Bake, uncovered, in a 325ºF oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until thermometer registers 135ºF to 140 ºF.
  3. Liberally baste ham with glaze during the last 45 minutes of baking.

Makes 10 to 12 servings.
