A simple way to turn a weekday meal into something special. Serve with wild rice mix and steamed fresh asparagus.

Honey-Mustard Tenderloin

1 whole pork tenderloin, about one pound
4 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  1. Combine all ingredients but tenderloin; coat tenderloin well with sauce.
  2. Roast in 375 degrees F oven for 20 to 30 minutes, basting occasionally, unti meat thermometer registers 155 to 160 degrees F.
  3. Slice thinly to serve.
