This easy and delicious recipe is a snap to make.

Honey Glazed Ham Steak

1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons water
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 (about 12 to 16 ounce) fully-cooked ham steak
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Combine honey, water and spices in small bowl. On top rack of preheated oven broiler, broil ham steak on both sides until lightly browned and thoroughly heated. Or, pan-fry ham steak on both sides in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Place ham on heated serving dish; set aside.
  4. Add honey mixture to pan drippings and bring to a boil. Simmer 1 to 2 minutes, stirring. Brush sauce over ham, any remaining sauce can be served separately.

Makes 4 servings.
