Honey Pepper Chops
- 4 top loin chops
6 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
- Season chops with salt and pepper and grill over medium-hot fire. Stir together honey and hot pepper sauce and baste chips during grilling. Remove chops from grill and brush with remaining glaze.
Makes 4 servings.
