Jim`s Country-Style Pork Ribs 6 country-style pork ribs (boneless)
1 (47-ounce) can pineapple juice
1 (18-ounce) bottle Bull`s Eye brand barbecue sauce*
- Trim off excess fat.
- In a large pot, simmer ribs, covered, in the pineapple juice for 1 hour.
- Drain juice and place ribs in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, baste with the barbecue sauce.
- Preheat broiler
- Broil ribs for 2 minutes on one side, then repeat the basting for the other side, and broil again for 2 minutes. Take out and serve.
Makes 6 servings.
* If not available in your area, substitute with your favorite bottled or homemade barbecue sauce.
