The ingredient list is short but this rib recipe is long on flavor. Cut ribs into two to three rib portions to serve. Add potato salad, corn on the cob, and warm dinner rolls to complete the meal.

Maple-Mustard Pork Ribs

2 pound pork back ribs
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  1. Place ribs on shallow baking pan.
  2. Mix together well remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Brush ribs with glaze and place in a 350 degree F. oven for 1 1/2 hours, brushing with sauce occasionally.
  3. Cut into 2 to 3 rib portions to serve.

Serves 4.
