Dress up a simple small roast with this orange marmalade glaze infused with dry mustard and ginger. Serve as part of a simple weekend meal with green beans, mashed potatoes and bread sticks.

Orange-Ginger Pork Roast

2 pound boneless pork rib-end roast
3/4 cup orange marmalade
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  1. Roast pork in shallow pan in 350 degree F. oven for 20 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, stir together remaining ingredients for basting glaze. Continue to roast pork for 20 to 30 minutes more, basting occasionally with glaze, until meat thermometer reaches 155 to 160 degrees F.
  3. Let roast stand 10 minutes before carving.
