Serve these chops with grilled red onions, mashed sweet potatoes, sliced tomatoes and cucumbers.

Peachy Mustard Pork Chops

4 pork chops
1/4 cup peach preserves
1/3 cup honey mustard
2 tablespoon lemon juice
  1. Stir together preserves, mustard and lemond juice.
  2. Grill chops over a medium-hot fire, turning occasionally and basting with sauce, just until done, 8 to 10 minutes total for 3/4-inch chop. Discard any leftover basting sauce.
