Pork Chops Olé
- 4 pork chops
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Rub the surface of pork chops with taco seasoning.
- Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chops on both sides until brown, 10 to 12 minutes total, depending on the size of the chops.
Makes 4 servings.
