Bring the fall flavors with this dish to the tables. Complete the meal with mashed sweet potatoes and broccoli spears.

Smoked Pork Chops with Mustard Cider Sauce

4 smoked pork chops, about 1-inch thick
1/2 cup apple cider
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
1 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon ground sage
Pinch ground cinnamon
  1. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; brown chops on both sides (1 to 2 minutes per side), remove from pan and set aside, keep warm.
  2. In small bowl stir together remaining ingredients and add to pan, cooking and stirring until slightly thickened, about 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. Add chops back to pan, turn chops to coat both sides with sauce, and simmer gently to heat through, about 3 to 4 minutes. Serve immediately.

Serves 4.
