Surprise-Ham Steak

1 (16-ouince) ham steak
3/4 cup cottage cheese
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 tablespoon white distilled vinegar
  1. Preheat oven to 350*F.
  2. Trim ham and place in a roasting pan and bake for 15 minutes, turning once.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine cottage cheese, horseradish, and vinegar. Spread over the ham then bake for 5 minutes more, or until heated through.

Makes 4 servings.
