Best Jello® Salad in the World!

The simple addition of vibrantly pungent horseradish makes this the best Jello salad® in the world—hence the name!

Recipe Ingredients:

1 (3.25-ounce) package lime Jello®
1 (3.25-ounce) package lemon Jello®
2 cups of hot water
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup evaporated milk
1 (10-ounce) package cottage cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Cooking Directions:

1. Dissolve both gelatins in hot water, add remaining ingredients. stir well, chill until set. Serve over lettuce leaves.
