Chillin' Out Pasta Salad

8 ounces (21/2 cups) medium shell pasta
1 (8-ounce) carton plain nonfat yogurt (1 cup)
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
2 tablespoons salt-free herb seasoning
11/2 cups chopped celery
1 cup sliced green onion
1 pound cooked small shrimp
3 cups coarsely chopped tomatoes (about 3 large)

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; cool.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together yogurt, mustard, and herb seasoning. Add pasta, celery, and onion; mix well. Chill at least 2 hours.
  3. Just before serving, stir in shrimp and tomatoes.

Makes 4 (3/4 cup) servings.
