Chinese Chicken Pasta Salad
- 1 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)
3 cups (8 ounces) rotini pasta, cooked and drained according to package directions
2 cup chopped cooked chicken
1 cup chopped sweet red pepper- 1 cup snow pea pods
1/4 cup sliced green onion
- Mix salad dressing, soy sauce and seasonings in large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
- Refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving.
Makes 8 servings.
Nutrition Information Per Servings: 470 calories, 16g fat, 40mg cholestrol, 360mg sodium, 60g carbohydrates, 3g dietary fiber, 20g protein.
