Classic French Dijon Dressing
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Place the dressing ingredients in a container that has a tight-fitting lid and shake until well mixed.
Makes approximately 1 cup.
