Classic French Dijon Dressing

3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Pinch of salt and pepper
  1. Place the dressing ingredients in a container that has a tight-fitting lid and shake until well mixed.

Makes approximately 1 cup.
