Creamy Sweet and Sour Coleslaw

1 head cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup grated carrot
2 cups mayonnaise
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
  1. Toss the cabbage and carrot in a bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add dressing mixture to cabbage and mix well.
  2. Chill, covered, until serving time.

Make 6 to 8 servings.
